The Process at Our Clinic
Our top priority is ensuring that you get covered if you are making an insurance claim at our clinic. We work will all insurance companies and have developed a system over the last twenty years to ensure this. Please follow the process below if you are making an insurance claim for orthotics.
VISIT YOUR FAMILY DOCTOR
The insurance company requires a medical prescription with a diagnosis (example: plantar fascitis, treatment: orthotic inserts). This is very important!
MAKE AN APPOINTMENT
We will do a detailed mechanical assessment and take a foam impression of your foot, and can discuss the options that are best for you.
FABRICATION
This process can take up to three weeks. Once they arrive at the clinic, we will book you another appointment to ensure they are comfortable and you are happy.
PAYMENT
You will make the full payment once you pick up the orthotics. We will prepare the paper work to submit to your insurance company.
